Help

I am currently having an unusually weird problem with my Guild Aurara, I am currently able to kill the chests that is currently shown for us, but collecting what is given will not allow me to collect them. What is happening, and must I restart or what?

Admin, I've got a problem.
Please help me on this

Every now and then, it says that I'm offline. And the game graphics won't load.
Is this the server's problem? Coz my internet connection's great.

I am. It's so sad that Ninjawaz is gone now. I'm missing it more each day.
