Wild shortcuts not working

My shortcuts in the Wild screen aren't working. They are there, but when I hover over them nothing appears, and I'm not able to use them.

clear history, cookies....and then try with refresh

It still works only intermittently. Sometimes I have to refresh a couple times for it to work. Thanks
